Initial Assessment
An in depth, fully customizable assessment conducted with a licensed fiduciary. ZenGuardianship works with guardians and clients to help determine case priorities.
Multidisciplinary Team Meetings
An Arizona licensed fiduciary will attend service plan meetings with the client. Fiduciary will ensure the client obtains all free and low cost services possible.
Care Management
Medical appointments can be stressful, particularly for clients with cognition challenges. A licensed fiduciary would attend the medical appointment and ensure the client's preferences are communicated to the doctor and treatment team.
Work With Me
